1. Acceptance

By using PhotoWiz, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What PhotoWiz does

PhotoWiz is an AI tool that generates images from text descriptions and edits photos from plain-language instructions. Results are produced automatically and may vary.

3. Your content & conduct

You're responsible for what you create and the images you upload. Only upload images you have the right to use. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: any content involving minors or the sexualization of minors; deepfakes, face-swaps, or any depiction or impersonation of a real, identifiable person without their consent; non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery; and any illegal, harmful, infringing, or hateful content. Violations may result in immediate termination without notice or refund. You keep the rights to the images you create, subject to these Terms.

4. Age

You must be old enough to use PhotoWiz under the laws of your country, and at least 13. If you're under the age of majority, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

5. Free quota & availability

PhotoWiz is offered free with a limited number of creations per account. We may change quotas, features, or availability at any time, and the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or specific results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PhotoWiz is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

7. Governing law

PhotoWiz is operated by LABPIXI LTD, Nicosia, Cyprus (full company details in the Legal Notice). These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
